Regional Student Impact Manager (Multiple)

Position Summary:

Junior Achievement of Southwestern Indiana is seeking multiple Regional Student Impact Managers.  Junior Achievement of Southwestern Indiana (JASWIN) is on a mission to prepare kindergarten through 12th grade students within southwestern Indiana and southeastern Illinois to become young people attaining success.  JASWIN partners with local, regional, state, and national businesses; government representatives; community representatives; and other non-profit organizations to create meaningful experiences for students.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead Student Impact Team to meet goals, plan and implement programs and incentives, and analyze data to improve student impacts
  • Prepare and facilitate engagement in Advisory Board meetings that result in actions
  • Effectively use JA’s database system to maintain current and accurate data
  • Recruit, train, and manage volunteers
  • Develop creative and innovative ways to serve student population through current and new programming
  • Build a culture of accountability
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Education or relevant work experience required
  • Ability to work with a diverse staff and manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
  • Must have excellent Microsoft Office skills
  • Must be able to connect the goals of the company to the requirements of the educational system, Indiana state standards, and curriculum
  • Must be organized, self-disciplined, and self-motivated
Compensation:
  • Up to $52,000 / year depending on experience
  • Excellent benefits offered
