Scanner Team Member

Position Summary:

HR Solutions is seeking a Scanner for one of our long-standing manufacturing clients in Princeton, IN. This is a day shift position.

Responsibilities:
  • Operate standard scanning equipment (e.g. barcode scanners) to log parts, materials, or inventory as they move through the production line or warehouse
  • Perform quality and color inspections, ensuring parts meet customer and internal specifications before shipping or assembly
  • Prepare items for shipping, including packaging, labeling, and staging
  • Monitor and report defective or incorrect parts to a Team Leader or Supervisor immediately
  • Maintain organized station area according to 5S standards, minimizing waste and ensuring efficient workflow
  • Communicate effectively with teammates and supervisors to coordinate processes and flag issues
Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to operate various assembly tools
  • Must be adaptable and be able to work in a fast-paced environment
Compensation:
  • $18.00 / hour
  • Excellent benefits offered
