Position Summary:
H-E Parts International (HEPI) is seeking a Regional Sales Manager. HEPI is a global leader in aftermarket parts, components, and solutions for the mining and heavy industries. Since 2006, they’ve been dedicated to helping customers maximize equipment performance, reduce operating costs, and improve safety outcomes through advanced engineering, manufacturing, and service excellence. The ideal candidate will have experience being functionally responsible and accountable for customer support, sales and operations planning (S&OP), training, process and systems usage, customer segmentation, sales channel management and productivity.

Position Summary:
H-E Parts International (HEPI) is seeking a Regional Sales Manager. HEPI is a global leader in aftermarket parts, components, and solutions for the mining and heavy industries. Since 2006, they’ve been dedicated to helping customers maximize equipment performance, reduce operating costs, and improve safety outcomes through advanced engineering, manufacturing, and service excellence. The ideal candidate will have experience being functionally responsible and accountable for customer support, sales and operations planning (S&OP), training, process and systems usage, customer segmentation, sales channel management and productivity.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and lead Sales team
- Coach and develop sales area leaders
- Define sales goals & KPIs for sales area leaders
- Responsible and accountable for the multiple interfaces with the customer, including at the mine level and at the Corporate office
- Align sales objectives with overarching company strategy through active participation in corporate strategic planning, sales strategy development, forecasting/budgeting, sales resource planning and execution
- Meet or exceed assigned targets for profitable growth, market share expansion and other key financial performance objectives
- Partners with cross-functional teams as well as Executive Leadership to strengthen projections, customer planning, and corporate initiatives
- Develop and communicate annual sales budget at a customer and product level and define and manage sales related KPIs
- Ensure Sales Associates regularly update customer data in CRM platform
- Define and coordinate sales training programs
- Previous experience managing a Sales team
- Bachelor’s degree
- 5 – 10 years sales and sales department management experience
- 3 – 5 years of Mining experience
- Must have Salesforce and ERP system experience
- Excellent salary commensurate with experience and education; plus bonus and incentives
